Gwen has more than 25 years of experience in support of operations and communication compliance, to include the State of California Governor's press office. She worked with the Director and Board to establish operational procedures for Georgia Interpreters for the Deaf and liaised with Georgia Association of the Deaf. Gwen's experience and ability to build a rapport with doctor's comes from her years at Vista del Mar Behavioral Hospital working with the Director of Operations to improve reporting methods relative to JCAHO standards. Additional reporting and compliance with state and federal agencies, as well as budget reports, came from her years at St. Mary's Hospital, in Long Beach, CA while working for the Director of the Gero-psychiatric unit. gmoore@mdmindset.com
